What they need
Qualification: BSC Civil Engineer
Location: Lahore Head Office
Experience: 5-7 years of Experience
Responsibilities:
- Detail study of the Tender Documents to identify the technical documents to be submitted with the proposal.
- Seek clarifications from the Client in case of ambiguities/discrepancies or queries
- In case of JV partner or Specialized Sub-contractor, highlighting the required documents and detail review of the documents subsequently received from JV partner or Specialized Sub-contractor.
- Coordinating with Marketing, Subcontracting, Finance, Contracts, E&P, QHSE, and HR in arranging the documents required for Technical Proposal.
- Preparation of different work packages for Subcontracting.
- Provide assistance the proposal manager in the preparation of a competitive bid.
- Compilation of Commercial proposal.
- Clarification of the queries raised by the Employer during the evaluation of the submitted proposals.
- Maintaining the data of the submitted bids both in soft and hard form.
- Any work assigned time to time by the I/C Proposals.
