Key Platforms

Smart Wind Turbines

Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

Energy Storage

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).

Green Hydrogen

Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).

Key Responsibilities

General

• Support the project management proposal in the Sales phase
• Support the Customer interface meetings for project management proposal
• Lead the interface and liaison with other internal departments as part of the sales process, including sales, solutions teams and project delivery team
• Facilitates the correct handover to project execution team
• Support to create the database of Inland costs to allow cost-effective strategies for sales projects.

Project Proposal Management

• Working with relevant solutions teams and purchasing, prepare comprehensive proposal for sales project which includes:
• Execution strategy
• Transportation from factory to site and route assessment
• Installation, testing and commissioning
• Tower solution including non-standard (e.g. hybrid)
• Contract reviews and approval
• Preparation of required tender documentation for bid
• Project schedule
• Non standard scope (e.g. balance of plant)

Market Analysis

• Work together with the Inland Manager to monitor and track Envision competitiveness for project proposal scope
• Conducting cost analysis and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Provide feedback to the company solutions department on cost saving initiatives

Supplier Development

• Continuously support purchasing in the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers
• Ensure contracts and technical terms, with support from Envision’s legal department, are favorable and fit for purpose
• Conduct supplier technical concept reviews on completion of contracts

Project Procurement

• Support procurement on crane and installation and logistics ensuring accuracy of tender documentation and tenders

Arranage and Installation and Logistics Solutions

• Maintain and update knowledge of logistics and crane equipment available for wind industry in each LATAM country
• Liaise with technical team to develop cranage and installation solutions to optimize budgets on projects

Contract Closure and Handover

• Support contract negotiation and closure process
• Handover of project management solution to delivery team

Job Requirements

• Degree in relevant engineering qualification

• Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Share point

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English is essential, both verbally and written

• Chinese knowledge desired
