Position Overview: Tender executive has to be energetic candidate who keeps tracks of published tenders, has skills needed for accurate tender submission and actively handles challenging scenarios during all phases of tendering. Analytical skills and proactiveness are key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender shortlisting, identifying right opportunity on relevant portals and websites.

2. Ensuring timely and accurate tender submissions.

3. Tender documentation with thorough tender analysis.

4. Communication skills both internal and external.

5. Planning of costs and optimization together with tender winning strategy.

6. Negotiation and client communication as per needed.

7. Skilled in MS Office.

8. Strong communication skills and pro-active working style.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: B.E./ B.tech/ B.Sc in any specialization
• Experience: 7+ years
• Skills: Detail oriented, strong communication skill, work pricing and planning, technical work exp., tracking of Tender submissions, competitor analysis.
• Other Requirements: Continuous learning attitude, Innovative mindset, Friendly behavior and ability to work in team.
