What they need
SteerBridge Strategies is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the development of compliant, compelling proposals supporting federal government opportunities.
In this role, you'll manage the full proposal lifecycle—from solicitation analysis through final submission—while partnering with capture managers, business development teams, technical SMEs, and leadership to develop winning proposals.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of federal proposal management experience
- Experience managing proposals from RFP release through submission
- Strong knowledge of FAR and the federal contracting lifecycle
- Experience with IDIQs, task orders, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
- Experience developing compliance matrices, win themes, and leading color team reviews
- Excellent proposal writing, editing, and project management skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active clearance or the ability to obtain one
Location: Hybrid – Vienna, VA
Salary: $80,000–$90,000
