Role Summary:

The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the development and submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposal responses for Lexmark's large account and enterprise customers. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts across North America and EMEA to coordinate proposal activities, manage timelines, develop strategic content, and ensure customer requirements are met.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

• Proposal and bid management
• Project management and coordination
• Business and technical writing
• Copy editing and proofreading
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and proposal requests to identify customer requirements and timelines.
• Develop proposal project plans and coordinate response activities.
• Manage proposal content, document versions, and review cycles.
• Facilitate proposal reviews and compliance approvals.
• Edit, proofread, format, and submit proposal responses.

Key Outputs / Tangible Results:

• Timely and compliant proposal submissions.
• Accurate and professionally formatted customer-facing documents.
• Effective coordination among proposal stakeholders.

Organizational Strategies & Objectives:

• Support revenue growth through successful proposal development.
• Deliver customer-focused proposal responses.
• Strengthening collaboration across global teams supporting North America and EMEA.

Relevant Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
• Relevant experience in proposal development, project coordination, bid management, content creation, or similar functions.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work night shift supporting North American business hours.

Nice to Haves:

• Proposal or bid management experience.
• Publishing, journalism, copy editing, or content development background.
• Experience of working with enterprise or large-account sales organizations.

Role Considerations:

• Location: Cebu City
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift
• Candidates should be willing and able to reliably commute daily to the office.
