Proposal Manager

EnTech Engineering, PC is a multidisciplinary construction management, engineering, environmental, and digital delivery firm devoted to delivering best-in-class design and construction support services for building, facility, and infrastructure projects that strengthen communities nationwide. Our marketing team is a fast-paced, highly collaborative group. We try out new ideas constantly and we want to hear yours. You will be a critical part in taking EnTech to the next level. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive proposal professional with advanced written and verbal communication skills, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
• Collaborate with capture managers and technical leads to identify key differentiators, develop compelling win themes, and craft persuasive, client-focused proposal content that positions EnTech for success
• Work closely with EnTech’s creative team to develop impactful graphics, infographics, and other visual elements that reinforce win themes, communicate key messages, and strengthen the overall quality and competitiveness of proposals
• Coordination and production of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
• Actively support EnTech’s Key Account Management (KAM) program, working closely with the KAM team to strengthen relationships with key clients, support strategic growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities
• Management and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
• Business development efforts including assistance with research, coordinating and registering for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
• Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
• General understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, with the ability to leverage these tools for research, content development, and implementing best practices to improve proposal quality and efficiency

• Ability to work efficiently, manage and meet deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, including editing and typography
• Creativity and the ability to conceptualize graphic solutions
• Ability to quickly learn (and improve) office practices, database, filing system, firm standards, etc.

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$110,000-$130,000
