Job Title: Proposal Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking a Proposal Specialist to develop accurate, persuasive proposals based on customer requirements. The role involves working with sales, technical, finance, and delivery teams to prepare solutions, pricing, and supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer enquiries, requirements, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender documents.
• Clarify customer needs, scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions and cost estimates.
• Prepare proposals covering the proposed approach, scope of work, pricing, delivery schedule, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Ensure proposals address customer requirements and comply with submission instructions.
• Manage proposal schedules, reviews, approvals, and submission deadlines.
• Support sales during customer presentations, clarification discussions, and proposal revisions.
• Maintain proposal templates, standard content, and records of submitted bids.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in proposal development, presales, tendering, or solution consulting.
• Strong business writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear solution descriptions and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of costing, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Success Measures

• Timely submission of complete, accurate proposals.
• Clear alignment between proposals and customer requirements.
• Quality of proposal content and internal coordination.
• Contribution to proposal conversion and contract wins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
