Job Summary

We are looking for a Proposal Writer with experience in US Staffing to prepare professional and client-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and staffing questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client requirements.
• Write and customize proposals, executive summaries, capability statements, and staffing responses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, HR, Compliance, and Finance to collect required information.
• Develop content around US staffing, recruiting processes, sourcing, screening, onboarding, compliance, and delivery models.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements, formatting guidelines, and submission deadlines.
• Proofread and perform quality checks for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
• Research clients and industries to tailor proposals and highlight relevant company capabilities.
• Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, case studies, and supporting documents.

Required Skills

• Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of US Staffing/Recruitment.
• Experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
• Excellent research, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with US-based teams and time zones.

Preferred: Experience with IT Staffing, MSP/VMS programs, government/corporate RFPs, and proposal management tools.
