Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
• 3-5 or 5+ years of experience in business development, proposal management, marketing, or capture support. Preference of experience within environmental consulting, engineering, industrial hygiene, EHS, information technology, or a related professional-services industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full proposal lifecycle, including opportunity review, compliance matrices, opportunity briefs, proposal schedules, kickoff meetings, content development, reviews, production, and final submission.
• Proven experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, task orders, IDIQ/on-call contracts, and other competitive procurements.
• Strong understanding of Federal, state, and local government procurement processes and proposal requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive, evaluator-focused proposal content that communicates technical approach, qualifications, past performance, staffing, responsiveness, and value.
• Experience developing and maintaining project descriptions, past performance narratives, resumes, corporate qualifications, technical capabilities, and proposal libraries.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document-management skills with exceptional attention to compliance, accuracy, consistency, and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical professionals, project managers, senior leadership, teaming partners, subcontractors, and administrative staff to obtain and integrate proposal information.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and strict deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Pay: $79,400.00 - $95,800.00 per year
