MES is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Writer to develop competitive proposals for federal and state agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit clear, compelling proposal narratives.
- Review solicitation requirements and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather content.
- Manage deadlines, revisions, and submission requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proposal writing experience preferred, especially federal contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and document formatting.
