Job Summary

We are looking for professionals with experience in proposal writing, proposal management, bid management, or pursuit management. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business proposals, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and sales presentations. The role requires strong writing skills, stakeholder coordination, proposal planning, and the ability to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality responses within deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare, write, edit, and review proposals, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and client-facing sales presentations.
• Manage the proposal response process from kick-off meetings and planning through reviews and final submission.
• Understand client requirements and ensure all mandatory information is included in the response.
• Develop compelling proposal content highlighting solutions, business value, key strengths, and competitive advantages.
• Coordinate with sales, research, legal, finance, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to gather required information.
• Develop proposal strategies, win themes, and differentiators to support business development opportunities.
• Review proposals for accuracy, completeness, formatting, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
• Manage multiple proposals, timelines, review cycles, priorities, and submission deadlines.
• Work with proposal writers and graphic designers to create professional documents and presentations.
• Maintain and reuse approved proposal content, templates, and knowledge repository materials.
• Use generative AI tools, where appropriate, for research, content development, and summarization.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback and coordinate revisions before final submission.
• Track proposal progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support sales teams with submission readiness and post-submission coordination.
