Proposal Writer (Technical Content Writer)

Role & responsibilities

Were looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Writer / Technical Writer with 35 years of experience to support a global SaaS sales organization.
The role involves owning end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Security Questionnaires, and DDQs, while working closely with Sales, Presales, Product, Legal, Security, and AI teams.

The selected candidate will be a full-time employee of Pattem Digital, working with our client Sprinklr.

Onboarding: 1st week of October
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

What are we looking for :

• 3–5 years of experience in Proposal Writing, Technical Writing, RFP Analysis, or Bid Management

• Hands-on experience with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Security Questionnaires and/or DDQs

• Experience working with enterprise/global customers

• Strong written communication, editing, and documentation skills

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities

• Experience in B2B SaaS, product-based, or enterprise technology environments

• Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
