Proposal Writers - Hybrid Work

Work Setup: Hybrid work (full onsite during the six-month probationary period, and after regularization, 4 days work from home and 1 day onsite)

Support the Cash Management Sales process by:

• Writing high quality Cash Management, Commercial Cards and Trade proposals
• Working closely with the Cash/ Commercial Cards/Trade Sales teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Working on client requests covering RFI, RFP, DDQs, Security Questionnaires, Proactive tenders, Market Watch updates and Ad hoc collation and document drafting

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage the end-to-end completion of client Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), working with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, Countries and other regional proposal teams. RFPs and RFIs are Question & Answer format, free format and Power Point Presentations
• Draft with Sales customized proposals for unsolicited bids.
• Understand customer needs and product capabilities & partner sales to develop appropriate cash management and commercial cards solutions.
• Keep abreast of customer needs and market trends through continual training and partnership with Sales and Product Management
• Act exclusively as the 'maker' in the process.
• Responsibility for reviewing the output, performing quality control and returning completed documents to the clients.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience on proposal creation and development is desire for this position.
• Any type of proposal writing experience is acceptable for this position.
• Prior experience with RFP/RFI responses is required for this role.
• Having a strong technical writing and excellent communication skills experience are essentials for this requirement.
• Good MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Organization skills
• Should possess strong communication skills; Should be fluent in English and be capable of writing business collaterals; Has good comprehension of written English Language
• Project management: Effectively plan and manage RFPs within tight time frames; work with different subject matter experts simultaneously to gather necessary information for the responses.
• Multi-tasking, highly result oriented with attention to detail and should meet deadlines.
• Candidates must be amenable to work on permanent night shifts and Philippine holidays.
• Applicants must be willing to work on a rotational basis from home and onsite in Cybergate 3, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong.
