Our mission is simple: to make complex pensions simpler, safer and more effective for customers and partners.
What you'll be doing

Assessing the impact of regulatory developments, industry change and emerging market trends, recommending and supporting the implementation of appropriate business responses.

Leading reviews of customer communications, product literature and customer outcome assessments, ensuring communications are clear, accurate, compliant and customer focused.

Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to deliver product, customer, and business led outcomes, while driving continuous improvement activity.

You'll see shortcomings within existing business practices and recommend solutions to improve controls, processes and ways of working.

Contributing to our future strategy, through proposition reviews, regulatory change programmes and business transformation activities, helping to shape the direction of the business.

Excellent problem-solving skills to interpret multi-source data, identifying key themes and turning this insight into meaningful actions and recommendations for a senior audience.

Experience assessing customer outcomes, working within existing risk frameworks to identify potential customer harms under Consumer Duty principles and using data evidence to design improvements for customers and the business through appropriate controls.

Strong influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams, suppliers and external partners to deliver outcomes.

Confidence in producing high-quality reports, papers and recommendations.
