About the Role

Lead the team. Deliver the project. Make an impact. As a hands-on Installation Supervisor, you'll oversee crews installing and dismantling propping systems on some of the country's largest construction and infrastructure projects. You'll lead from the front, coordinate site activities and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading installation crews on construction, civil and infrastructure projects.
• Installing, dismantling and relocating propping systems in accordance with engineering designs and Australian Standards.
• Planning site activities and coordinating labour, equipment and project requirements.
• Ensuring equipment is inspected, maintained and ready for safe operation.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, installation plans and technical documentation.
• Building strong relationships with customers, site supervisors and project teams.
• Identifying opportunities to support customer requirements and business growth.
• Completing installation documentation and site records accurately.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all company and site requirements.
• Mentoring and supporting team members to achieve project objectives.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a practical leader who can motivate teams, build strong site relationships and deliver projects safely and successfully. You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience leading small crews within construction, civil, infrastructure, rigging, steel erection, formwork, shoring or propping environments.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Basic or Intermediate Rigging ticket.
• Strong planning, organisational and people leadership skills.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front.
• Strong understanding of site safety requirements and safe work practices.
• A high level of physical fitness and ability to work on active construction sites.
