Position description: Responsible for aiding the Visual Display Officer in maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the mall he is assigned to. Provides specialized skills corresponding to the mall's operational needs and ensures that all display installations adhere to the standards and brand image of the company.

Minimum education requirement: Senior High school graduate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Execute and supervise visual display projects by fabricating, installing, and maintaining décor, props, and other collateral.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of all installations through inspections, repairs, and adherence to company standards.
  • Prepare materials and manage inventory to support timely and efficient project completion.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and coordination with other departments.
  • Pursue continuous learning and development through training and execution of career growth initiatives.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in visual display or props work required.
• Technical skills required: carpentry, welding, painting, basic hand tools, sign making, and power tools for fabricating and installing props/décor.
