New England Dental Specialists is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Prosthodontist to join our established multi-specialty dental practice in Norwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for a prosthodontist who enjoys implant restorative dentistry and collaborative, comprehensive patient care.

Our office offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced board certified periodontist who performs dental implant placement, allowing for seamless coordination between the surgical and restorative phases of implant treatment.

The prosthodontist will focus on restoring dental implants and providing high-quality prosthetic and restorative solutions. Our multi-specialty practice also includes a pediatric dentist, creating a collaborative environment dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Our office is equipped with on-site CBCT imaging technology, supporting advanced diagnostics, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities

• Restore dental implants placed by our in-house periodontist, including single-unit crowns, implant-supported bridges, and full-arch restorations.
• Collaborate closely with the periodontist to coordinate implant treatment planning and achieve optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive prosthodontic services, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and complex restorative cases.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their functional, aesthetic, and oral health needs.
• Utilize available CBCT imaging and advanced dental technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain excellent clinical standards and detailed patient records.
• Work collaboratively with our specialty team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited postgraduate prosthodontics residency program.
• Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical experience or training in implant restorative dentistry.
• Proficiency in fixed and removable prosthodontics.
• Excellent communication, treatment planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-specialty practice.
