What you'll be doing

• Providing protection advice tailored to each customer's needs.
• Recommending suitable life, critical illness and income protection solutions.
• Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conducting fact-finds and understanding clients' protection requirements.
• Researching products across a panel of leading insurers.
• Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and providers.
• Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales and quality targets.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring FCA compliance.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer-facing, sales, banking, financial services or consultative role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering great outcomes.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve individual and team targets.
• Protection experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the right individual.
