Working Location: SEPANGAR BAY CONTAINER PORT, KOTA KINBALU, SABAH.
Job Responsibilities:
- •Assist the IT department in daily technical support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Support system upgrades, installations, and configuration under supervision.
- Provide basic support for end-users, helping with email setup, login issues, and printer connections.
- Document IT processes and assist in maintaining accurate inventory of hardware and software.
- Learn and apply IT security practices and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Internship experience or relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) is a plus.
