Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, organised, and proactive PROTÉGÉ Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to management. The candidate must be flexible, professional, and willing to accompany the boss for meetings, appointments, and official trips when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal and administrative support to the boss.
• Manage appointments, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Accompany the boss to meetings, business appointments, and outstation trips when required.
• Handle documents, correspondence, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with daily coordination and follow-up matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Presentable, well-groomed, confident, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with working arrangements and willing to travel when required.
• Responsible, trustworthy, organised, and able to handle confidential matters.
• Possess a valid driving licence would be an advantage.
