PROTÉGÉ - READY TO WORK TRAINEE PROGRAM (FRESH GRADUATES- DEGREE HOLDER)

About the Programme

We are inviting fresh graduates to join our eight (8)-month PROTÉGÉ Programme for a JKR infrastructure project in Kuantan, Pahang.

The programme provides structured workplace learning through practical project exposure and mentorship by experienced engineers and construction professionals. Participants will develop technical competencies while gaining valuable experience in project delivery, quality management, construction supervision and contract administration.

Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees may be considered for permanent employment, subject to business requirements and performance.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, IT or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period

What We Offer:

• Monthly allowance of RM2,000.00

• SOCSO and EIS Contributions
