What they need
- Evaluate and prepare progress payment to subcontractors.
- Prepare final measurement including update measurement with variations from time to time.
- Prepare progress payment claim and variation orders.
- Prepare progress report, material schedule and budget.
- Prepare payment certificates.
- Verify materials requisition.
- Monitor material requisition for the up-to-date work progress.
- Review quotations submitted by subcontractors.
- Attend regular progress meetings.
- Assist the Contract Manager in preparing tendering.
- Verify subcontractor claims.
- Prepare and submit progress payment, V.O., and claims.
- Prepare Final Accounts.
- Specific responsibilities as outlined in the company’s ISO 9001 : 2015 procedures.
- Others work as requested by the immediate superior.
Contract Basic : 12 months
Monthly Salary: RM2000.00

SOCSO & EIS Contribution
Candidate must be a bachelor's degree holder
