About the Program

We are seeking talented fresh graduates, underemployed, or unemployed graduates to join our Protégé RTW (Ready to Work) Program across various industries and organizations. This program provides valuable hands-on experience, structured learning, and professional exposure to help graduates build a strong foundation for their careers.

Qualification Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

• Engineering, Technology, & Other Related Fields
• Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, & Other Related Fields
• Science, Applied Sciences, & Other Related Fields
• Business, Management, Administration, & Other Related Fields
• Finance, Accounting, Economics, & Other Related Fields
• Human Resources, Psychology, & Other Related Fields
• Marketing, Communications, Media, & Other Related Fields
• Aviation/Aerospace, Marine & Other Related Fields

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates, unemployed or underemployed graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Committed and keen to acquire new knowledge and experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly disciplined, adaptable and proactive.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
