What they need
- Assist in the procurement process for materials, equipment, services, and other project requirements.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and related procurement documents.
- Source and identify suitable suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in obtaining and comparing quotations based on price, quality, delivery period, specifications, and terms.
- Support supplier evaluation, selection, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders, deliveries, and back orders.
- Maintain and update procurement records, supplier information, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
