Protégé (Technician) - Based in Kedah

·       Assist senior engineers in performing preventive maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of Abbott instruments, automation systems, and AlinIQ Digital Health Solutions (DHS) within the Pathology department to ensure smooth daily operations.

·       Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers and subject-matter experts for further investigation and resolution.

·       Provide backup technical support when additional assistance is required.

·       Assist with inventory management, reagent tracking, ad hoc deliveries, and coordination of operational tasks.

·       Ensure all documentation and reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

·    Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

·       Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or other related disciplines

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to explore and learn new things in line of work

·       Familiar with Microsoft Office tools – Excel and Word

·       Willing to travel when required

·       Possess a valid driving license and must have own transport
