Protege Trainee - Credit Control Assistant (Property Developer)

What you will do

As a Credit Control Assistant (Protégé), you will support the credit control team in ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate purchaser account records for our property development projects.

• Assist in monitoring purchaser accounts and outstanding balances.
• Follow up on progress billings and payment collections.
• Prepare reminder notices and collection updates.
• Update payment records and maintain accurate account information.
• Support account reconciliation and documentation filing.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams on billing and payment matters.
• Assist in preparing credit control reports and collection summaries.

What we are looking for

• Fresh degree graduates in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office applications.
