What they need
- Follow up with customers through SMS, WhatsApp and phone calls for service reminders.
- Manage customer bookings and coordinate appointments based on workshop capacity.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Attend to customer feedback and complaints, identify issues and suggest appropriate improvements.
- Escalate significant or unresolved customer matters to the Service Manager or Management.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and the Parts Department to ensure smooth customer support.
- Maintain updated and accurate customer records while ensuring confidentiality of customer information.
- Coordinate appointments and parts arrangements for Product Updates and service campaigns.
- Prepare customer satisfaction reports and support other duties assigned by Management.
