Proton Service Admin

• Undertake administrative functions at the Service Department.
• To prepare P.O. and verify Creditor’s Delivery Note and Invoices.
• Maintain and monitor daily listing of outstanding job sheet and debtors.
• Work closely with the Warranty personnel to check and match vehicle variant information in the VSS and DMS systems, ensuring accurate warranty records, claim processing, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the office building and facilities.
• To check and reconcile sub-contractor payment.
• Assist Cashier whenever needed.
• Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM/Certification/Diploma in any field of study.
• Candidate with relevant working experience is preferred.
• Possess automotive knowledge.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Possess basic reading and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
