Prototype Development Technician – R&D

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Duration: 1 Month (Extendable)

We are looking for three hands-on technical personnel to support the development of prototype rigs and functional prototypes for innovative consumer products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Senior Prototype Technician: Coordinate metal and plastic fabrication, vendor management, material procurement, and supervise prototype development activities.
• Mechanical Assembly & Testing Technician: Perform rig assembly, mechanical integration, calibration, and in-house testing.
• Electronics & Data Logging Technician: Handle electronics setup, sensor integration, electrical wiring, data acquisition, calibration, and extended-duration testing.

Requirements:

• Diploma, ITI, or relevant technical experience in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or mechatronics.
• Practical experience in prototyping, fabrication, assembly, or testing.
• Ability to use basic tools and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of electrical safety; high-voltage experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, working on-site at our prototype lab in Kochi.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
