Provider Issue Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Provider Issue Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead the end-to-end coordination of production incidents and escalated issues, ensuring clear accountability and timely resolution across business and technology teams. The Provider Issue Manager will play a key part in driving root-cause remediation, strengthening issue management practices, and improving operational stability. This position requires strong project management discipline, proactive communication, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,000 – $184,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end workflow of production incidents
• Coordinate communication across business and technology teams
• Identify and drive remediation of root causes for incidents
• Track and report on escalated issue status and dependencies
• Proactively address problems and escalate when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of technology experience, or 9 years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management
• Strong ability to influence and execute project goals
• Proficient in prioritization and time management
• Analytical mindset with consultative problem-solving skills
• Vendor and SLA management experience
• Knowledge of project management tools like MS Project or PPM
