What they need
- Memahami layanan rumah sakit dan komponen tarif yang umum digunakan.
- Menginput dan mengelola data tarif serta kontrak provider ke dalam sistem.
- Melakukan analisis dan rekonsiliasi data untuk memastikan akurasi informasi.
- Mengelola proses kerja secara mandiri sesuai target dan timeline.
- Berkoordinasi dengan rumah sakit, tim klaim, dan tim IT terkait kebutuhan operasional.
Kualifikasi:
- Pria/Wanita, Umax 35th.
- Pendidikan Min. S1 Keperawatan, Administrasi, Teknologi Informasi, atau jurusan terkait.
- Berpengalaman di bidang Provider Operations atau Contract Operation di perusahaan Asuransi
- Memahami proses klaim dan tarif pada sistem.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
