Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for the position of Occidental Mindoro Provincial Head.

The Occidental Mindoro Provincial Head will oversee the implementation of Francisco Motors' electric vehicle and sustainable transportation transition program throughout the province of Occidental Mindoro. Responsibilities include developing and implementing provincial strategies, coordinating with local government units, transport cooperatives, jeepney operators, and other stakeholders, and recruiting and managing Municipal Heads and Territory/District Associates across the province.

The Provincial Head will also identify opportunities to expand the program, establish local partnerships, coordinate provincial operations, and support the transition toward sustainable public transportation.

Preference will be given to applicants who currently reside in Occidental Mindoro or nearby areas, as the role requires regular coordination with local stakeholders and on-site activities when needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple municipalities.
• Strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive operational growth and program implementation throughout Occidental Mindoro.
• Experience in business development, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage Municipal Heads and Territory/District Associates.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement practical and effective solutions.
• Familiarity with the automotive or transportation industry is an advantage.
• Must reside in Occidental Mindoro or nearby areas for easier coordination and field operations.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement, with provincial coordination and field activities as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
