About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Provisional Audiologist to join us in the Manawatū-Whanganui region. This is a permanent, full-time role offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

·         Conduct diagnostic hearing tests and assessments.

·         Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and related devices.

·         Provide ongoing client care, including follow-up appointments and rehabilitation

·         support.

·         Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with company protocols.

·         Educate clients on hearing health and device use.

·         Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and healthcare professionals.

·         Assist with reporting and identify opportunities for clinic growth.

About You

·         Master’s Degree in Audiology (or equivalent qualification recognised by MNZAS) or at least 2 years of comparable work experience as a Audiologist.

·         MNZAS membership (or eligibility to obtain).

·         Strong clinical standards and adherence to protocols.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Empathy and commitment to client care.

·         Good judgment and decision-making ability.
