PRSA Part Time

• **Start Date:**ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon
• Hourly Wage Estimate:   $16.00 hourly
• Shift:  Part-time 8-hour shifts; Days or PM's
• Schedule:  7:00A-3:30P or 3P-11P
  • Part Time will require: 2-3 shifts per week PLUS every other weekend

What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long-term care/nursing home setting.  The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

**Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA):**officially we title this job a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide. 

What we need from you:

• Ideally - prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
