About the Role:

In this dynamic leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the social services department, which provides essential services to patients and their families. Your primary duties will include:

• Leading and developing a team of social workers, counselors, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to meet the social service needs of patients and their families
