Prudential Director – Global FinTech - Hybrid Working c3 Days/Week in London office

Our client a leading Global FinTech is looking to hire a Prudential Director. Based in London, this individual with have responsibility for the overall Prudential reporting & strategy of the firm, while leading the multi-location Prudential team.

Responsibilities will include

• Leading Prudential strategy, ensuring the firm remains well capitalised as it scales and expands globally
• End to end oversight of capital requirements & regulatory reporting for all products and jurisdictions
• Ownership of our Prudential Committee including ICARA and Wind-Down Plan etc
• Assess the prudential impact of business changes
• Involved in Board Reporting/Ex Co and presenting to the Regulator

Requirements

• Extensive experience running and owning a Prudential function in a Regulated Financial Services Environment
• Working knowledge of multi prudential frameworks – EMI / IFPR / PSD - ICAAP & ICARA
• Experience developing, leading and cultivating global teams
• Experience working directly with the Regulator and Board Reporting
