该职位来源于猎聘 1. 全面负责PS生产现场管理工作，配合昼夜两班倒运行，统筹生产、质量、设备维修等全维度现场工作，高效处理各类生产突发异常与应急事件。 Take overall charge of on-site management of the PS production line, support day and night shift operations, oversee full-range on-site work including production, quality and equipment maintenance, and efficiently handle various production abnormalities and emergencies. 2. 严格落实车间各项安全管理制度，常态化开展高质量安全培训，强化全员安全意识，零容忍杜绝各类安全事故发生。 Strictly implement all workshop safety management regulations, conduct regular and effective safety training to strengthen employees’ safety awareness, and ensure zero safety accidents. 3. 落地车间5S管理与员工纪律管控，持续优化生产现场环境与作业秩序，对标并超越标准化管理要求，维持优良现场风貌与员工精神状态，顺利承接客户审核及各级领导视察工作。 Strictly enforce workshop 5S management and staff discipline, continuously optimize on-site production environment and operation standards, meet and exceed standardized management requirements, and maintain a sound on-site condition and positive staff outlook to support customer audits and leadership inspections. 4. 严格执行生产排期计划，保障每日生产任务按期保质完成，统筹协调各工序衔接工作，解决工序卡点问题，确保生产线均衡、稳定、连续运行。 Follow production schedules strictly to ensure on-time completion of daily production tasks, coordinate the connection and solve bottleneck problems of each process, and guarantee balanced, stable and continuous production operation. 5. 负责线边仓库全流程管理，统筹原材料、辅助物料的合理领用、消耗与管控。建立辅料申购台账，落实定期申购、循环盘点机制，分析物料盘盈盘亏原因并输出专项报表，针对性优化管控方案，有效降低内部物料报废损耗。 Manage the full-cycle operation of the line-side warehouse and supervise the rational requisition and consumption of raw materials and auxiliary materials. Establish a special ledger for regular purchase application of auxiliary materials, implement cyclic inventory checks, analyze the causes of inventory gains and losses, generate analytical reports, optimize management schemes, and effectively reduce internal material scrap losses. 6. 严格恪守生产过程质量与工艺标准作业规范，常态化开展现场巡检与过程监控，全面把控生产过程质量，规避批量质量问题。 Strictly comply with standardized operation procedures for production quality and manufacturing processes, conduct regular on-site inspections and process monitoring, fully control in-process production quality, and prevent batch quality defects. 7. 主导生产过程不良问题整改，牵头组建改善小组，策划并落地专项提质增效改善项目，持续降低生产报废率与产品返工率。 Lead the rectification of in-process production defects, organize cross-team improvement teams, design and launch special quality improvement projects, and continuously reduce production scrap and rework rates. 8. 负责新项目产线落地管理，统筹新品试生产策划、落地与跟进，协调解决试产阶段各类现场问题，保障新产品顺利实现批量量产。 Take charge of the on-site implementation of new projects, overall plan and promote trial production of new products, coordinate and resolve various on-site problems during trial production, and ensure the smooth mass production of new products. 9. 规范收集、整理生产过程原始数据，严格落实产品标识与全流程追溯管理要求，完成数据统计与深度分析，为生产优化提供数据支撑。 Standardize the collection and sorting of original production data, strictly implement product identification and full-process traceability management, conduct data statistics and in-depth analysis to provide data support for production optimization. 10. 落实生产成本管控工作，通过持续流程优化、杜绝生产浪费、严控物料损耗、提升生产效率等举措，全方位压降生产制造成本。 Control production manufacturing costs comprehensively. Reduce overall production costs by continuous process optimization, elimination of production waste, strict control of material loss and improvement of production efficiency. 11. 负责班组日常工作汇总汇报、生产异常及时上报与跟进闭环，落实应急处置预案，快速解决现场突发问题，保障生产任务稳步推进、顺利落地。 Be responsible for daily teamwork summary and report, timely reporting and closed-loop handling of production abnormalities, implement emergency response plans, quickly resolve on-site emergencies, and ensure the steady progress of production tasks. 12. 针对生产工段长、线长开展系统化现场管理技能培训，夯实基层管理人员业务能力，全面提升班组现场管理水平。 Provide systematic on-site management skill training for production section chiefs and line leaders, consolidate the professional capabilities of grassroots managers, and comprehensively improve team on-site management efficiency. 13. 主导现场持续改善工作，优化生产管理制度、作业流程与管控体系，突破生产瓶颈，稳步提升产能、良率、效率等核心生产指标。 Lead continuous on-site improvement initiatives, optimize production management systems and operational processes, break through production bottlenecks, and steadily improve core production indicators such as capacity, yield and efficiency. 14. 负责生产全过程环境因素的识别、评估与风险管控，统筹生产现场、作业区域的环境卫生与规范化环境管理工作。 Be responsible for the identification, evaluation and risk control of environmental factors in the whole production process and undertake the standardized environmental management of production sites and operation areas. 15. 推行源头减量管控，减少危险废弃物产生量，严格按照行业规范完成危废分类入库、储存管理，杜绝入库、转运过程中跑冒滴漏、违规泄露等问题。 Implement source reduction management to minimize hazardous waste generation. Complete the warehousing and storage of hazardous waste in strict accordance with industry specifications and eliminate leakage and irregular discharge during warehousing and transportation. 16. 严格落地EHS全维度现场管理要求，涵盖员工安全培训、环境因素管控、危险废弃物管理、现场化学品合规使用、员工劳保用品规范穿戴等核心工作。 Strictly implement full-range EHS on-site management requirements, including employee safety training, environmental factor control, hazardous waste management, compliant use of on-site chemicals, and standardized wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE). 17. 统筹跨部门协同联动，主导流程优化、浪费整治、降本增效等专项改善工作，带领团队攻克生产难点，完成各项生产经营KPI指标。 Coordinate cross-department collaboration, lead special improvement projects including process optimization, waste elimination, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, lead the team to solve production difficulties, and achieve all operational and production KPIs. 18. 完成上级领导交办的其他临时性工作与专项任务。 Complete other temporary work and special tasks assigned by the superior. 任职要求： 1.

大专及大专以上学历 College degree or above 2.

三年以上生产管理经验 3+ years working experience in production management 3. 熟悉LP精益生产 Lean Production 4. 熟悉QC质量工具 Quality Tools 5. 熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系 Training in TS 16949 6.
