PSD ASSISTANT ENGINEER (PRODUCTION SUPPORT AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT)

• Lead projects focused on cost savings and process improvement.
• Conduct regular Process Audits (e.g. Layered Process Audits / line compliance checks) to ensure strict adherence to SOPs, Control Plans, and quality standards.
• Assist operation in developing work instruction, necessary record or form, limit samples, test jig, fixtures, gauges.
• Lead and support Quality Control (QC) defect analysis, containment actions, and root cause investigations on line non-conformances.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer requirements & management system e.g: OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO's, RBA.

Qualification Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related engineering fields
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 & ISO 13485 management system as well as other quality standards and safety regulatory requirements.
