Post Feedback Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Call customers after service completion and collect feedback about the service experience.
• Check customer satisfaction regarding service quality, technician behaviour, response time, and issue resolution.
• Record customer feedback accurately in the system/Excel.
• Follow up with customers in case of complaints or unresolved issues.
• Coordinate with the Service Team to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain daily feedback and follow-up reports.
• Escalate serious customer complaints to the concerned manager.
• Ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.

Qualification

Any Graduate
Freshers can also apply.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, feedback calling, or a similar role will be preferred.
