• Lead crisis prevention and intervention in intensive behavioral settings

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience working with severe challenging behaviors ORBachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent)
• Comfort with physical interventions when necessary
• Strong documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
