Psychiatric Technician

*Provide Care and Training as outlined in the clients Individual Program Plan

*This is an Operations Manager position with a monthly salary. Must have open availability at All times .

*Document clients progress towards formal objectives as outlined in their IPP

*Competent to provide direct supervision of DCA's

*Responsible for giving direction to support DCA's

*Comply with homes policies, procedures, and regulations

*Provide and supervise recreational activities in the home and community

*Treat everyone with respect and dignity

*Protects privacy, rights, confidentiality and physical/emotional well-being of all individuals

*Make sure DCA’s Keep the home neat and clean which involves but is not limited to: sweeping mopping, taking out trash, disinfecting of the home, and deep cleaning

*Train DCA’s in how to Prepare nutritional meals and snacks as specified by prepared menus

*Supervise meal time and engage the clients in conversation at the table

*Provide a home-like setting for all clients

*Understand and Follow Clients Rights

*Assist with training DCA’s with administration of prescribed medications

*Keep all medical appointments for clients as required

*Maintain notes and charting as required

*Cover a floor shift if you’re unable to find alternative coverage.

• *Assist Administrator in making full use of the emergency resources
