Duties

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
• Collect and document detailed patient data, including medical history, current symptoms, and response to treatments, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Provide patient education on mental health conditions, medication usage, and coping strategies to support recovery and well-being
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, medical terminology standards, and ethical guidelines in all clinical activities

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid licensure to practice psychiatry in the relevant jurisdiction
• Proven experience working with children or adolescents preferred; experience in hospital settings is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health and psychiatric treatments
• Demonstrated ability to collect comprehensive patient data accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration
