1. Clinical Excellence & Patient Care

• Adherence to Ganaa’s Treatment Protocols & SOPs
• High standards in diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning
• Effectiveness in patient progress, measured using treatment outcomes
• Effectiveness in managing complex cases and psychiatric emergencies

2. Patient Experience

• Foster trust and rapport with patients to support long-term recovery
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from patients and families on treatment effectiveness
• Ensure a patient-centered approach, balancing medical care with compassionate support

3. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor the medical team, including psychologists, nurses, and attendants
• Guide psychologists and therapists in treatment planning and case discussions
• Promote collaborative decision-making within the multidisciplinary team

4. Program Development

• Continuously refine and enhance treatment protocols to align with best practices
• Contribute to clinical research, professional training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives in Ganaa

Key Performance Indicators

• Psychologists conducting regular sessions and assessments
• Complete file work from admission to discharge
• Patient and family members sharing positive reviews
• No untimely patient dropouts or premature discharges
• Weekly updates to the referring doctors to inform them about their patients
• Initiatives taken to improve Ganaa Treatment Program and service delivery

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
