As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions, including developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction issues, and geriatric psychiatry. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and psychopharmacological interventions in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Deliver psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and evidence-based treatments tailored to patient needs.
• Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management protocols and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care for patients with complex psychiatric conditions such as developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction, and geriatrics.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic evaluations within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in clinical rounds, intake assessments, and consultation-liaison psychiatry services to ensure comprehensive patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Skills

• Extensive experience working with children, adults, and geriatric populations in various clinical environments.
• Strong knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and DEA regulations for controlled substances.
• Proficiency in psychiatric diagnosis, medical terminology, and medical records management.
• Skilled in crisis management techniques and behavioral health interventions for acute psychiatric episodes.
• Demonstrated expertise in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy modalities such as psychodynamic therapy and evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex mental health conditions like PTSD or addiction disorders.
• Telehealth experience preferred for delivering remote psychiatric consultations and follow-up care.

Pay: $200.00 - $260.00 per hour
