Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Psychiatrist, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health services to diverse patient populations. You will be responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based care across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. Duties

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating medication management, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions aligned with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide medication management and psychopharmacology services while adhering to Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations.
• Deliver psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and crisis management techniques tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and primary care providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA and health regulation policies.
• Participate in intake assessments, follow-up consultations, and crisis intervention to ensure timely and effective psychiatric patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through post-residency experience, clinical research, or specialized training in areas such as addiction medicine or PTSD care.

Skills

• Extensive experience working with children, adults, and elderly populations across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures, medical terminology, and medical records management.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote consultation practices to expand access to psychiatric services.
• Expertise in behavioral health assessment tools, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and data collection methods.
• Familiarity with health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and DEA regulations for controlled substances.
• Skilled in crisis management strategies for acute psychiatric episodes or emergencies involving patients with developmental disabilities or mental health crises such as PTSD or addiction issues.
• Experience working within hospital environments with inpatient experience preferred; knowledge of inpatient psychiatric protocols is highly valued.
• Ability to perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations utilizing evidence-based practices while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.

Pay: $133,424.55 - $210,000.00 per year
