About the role
Salaried psychologist roles at Sprout Psychology Melbourne, full-time or part-time, across two pathways:
- Early Career (1-2 Years)
- Endorsed (3+ Years)
These are employment roles, not contractor arrangements. The standard clinical load is 5–6 billable sessions per day, covering assessment and therapy, and an established caseload is waiting. You'll have protected report-writing time and in-house admin support, with supervision and consultation structured to your stage of practice.
About Sprout Psychology Melbourne Sprout Psychology Melbourne is a multilingual private practice, established seven years ago, with clinics in Burwood and Hawthorn. We provide assessment and therapy for children, adolescents and adults, with a clinical specialty on autism, ADHD, learning differences and overlapping neurodivergence. Much of our work is with culturally and linguistically diverse families, particularly Chinese-speaking communities, which puts us where bilingual assessment and neurodivergence meet. Our practice is grounded in Therapeutic Assessment. We work closely with schools, paediatricians, psychiatrists, GPs and allied health providers.
