Key Accountabilities

• Design and conduct research studies to understand employee behaviour, motivation, and attitudes, and using this information to improve the work environment, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize various research methodologies, such as surveys, interviews, observations, and experiments to collect data.
• Develop training programs for the well-being such as fatigue management, stress reduction, healthy eating and exercise, proper sleep habits and others.
• Help employees maintain physical and mental health, reduce the risk of accidents, and improve overall job performance.
• Design, implement and analyse exit interviews for employees who leave the organization.
• Identify factors contributing to high turnover rate, such as lack of job satisfaction, poor communication, inadequate training, or low pay.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to design, implement and evaluate programs to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
• Provide consultation and support to managers and other leaders on issues related to employee behaviour and performance.
• Provide counselling services to employees as and when required.
