Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, counselling and emotional support to patients as part of our integrated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluate patients' emotional and behavioural concerns.
• Provide individual counselling and family counselling, as appropriate.
• Support patients experiencing stress, anxiety, sleep-related concerns, grief and emotional challenges.
• Coordinate with Ayurvedic physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain confidential patient records and counselling documentation.
• Follow professional ethics and applicable clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• M.A./M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology or another qualification applicable to the role under current RCI requirements.
• Valid RCI registration is mandatory.
• M.Phil. qualification preferred, subject to applicable professional requirements.
• Experience in counselling, stress management, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.
• De-addiction or rehabilitation experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Ayurveda and its mind-body approach is preferred.
• Strong communication, active-listening and counselling skills.
• Ability to conduct voice-only counselling sessions.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
