Psychologist | Behaviour Support Practitioner

Join a locally run psychology practice in Townsville where your work can make a genuine difference in people’s lives. This part-time or full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to support individuals in a caring, well-supported private practice environment.

We are seeking a psychologist who values meaningful connection with clients and is also qualified to complete behaviour support plans as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

You will be joining a welcoming and supportive team that values quality care, strong relationships, and long-term professional fulfilment. Our established systems and processes are in place so you can focus on the work that matters most.

We are looking for:

A Registered Psychologist who can also work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in response to growing demand across our practice.

Application Criteria:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
• Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner within the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
• Confidence to work autonomously, manage a caseload, and contribute as a caring, motivated, and quality-focused clinician.
