Psychotherapist - Service Lines

Job Overview Provides therapuetic services for the Sexual and Gender Health clinic. Conducts multi-axial diagnostic assessment, determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member.

Schedule Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (one evening a week of needed)

Required Qualifications

• Master of Social Work and/or Psychology
• For outpatient units, De-escalation and Self-Defense training and retraining
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or
• Licensed Psychologist or
• Licensed Prof Clinical Counsel or
• Licensed Marriage and Fam Therapy
• Experience with sex and gender therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy
